Product Research- Your inputs, Comments please

Hi Cresent,

I have found this product and would like your input and opinion. The price is 10/10, Monthly sales 8/10 Everyone seems to be selling well on monthly sales, Reviews 6/10 but it can be 7/10 as there is one borderline at 80. The top seller is doing sponsored ad, hence I have listed top 11. The only concern is there is Brand "X" who has 4/10 listing. However, he is selling the same product with different Quantity of pieces at different price points. Please let me know if this is good to go. I will post below the chrome ext screen shots of top 22 and google trend.
