I'm trying to purchase a barcode from nationwidebarcodes.com. My question is, what do I put for "Personal or Business Name (for Certificate of Authenticity):" Do I put my LLC name or FBA product brand name? My product brand name is not trademarked.

If you have a registered business then use that.

Yes. You don't need a registered business to get a UPC barcode.

Hi crescent, just to clarify. When i tried applying for the barcode in nationwide barcode, it requires me to input a name for the certificate of authenticity. If i have not registered my business name, do i put my name (as when i registered in amazon) or the business name I made up?
