All the top tools suites are excellent choices. They all provide pretty much the same data and similar results. I would choose the tool suite that you find easiest to use and understand and has the extra bonus tools that you want to use. I personally use Jungle Scout and AMZScout. If I had to choose one, I'd go with Jungle Scout.
