Request improvements on samples or not until 1st order?

Post by ColombianChino » Thu Nov 01, 2018 3:18 am

Hi Crescent,
When we want to differentiate (i.e. different colors and/or bundling) and make improvements to a product - do we ask for this on the RFQ/first sample or not until the first order?

Thanks.

Always ask your supplier what they can do for you. If its something custom, generally it will not be cost effective for them to make one custom unit to send to you.
